Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Trial Reel Studio, operated by Vantage Media LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801-3674, United States. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

Trial Reel Studio produces edited versions of reels already published on an Instagram account you own or manage, and publishes them as Instagram Trial Reels when you approve them. Every publication requires an explicit action by you.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage the Instagram account you connect.
• You confirm that you hold the rights to all content on that account, including music, footage and any third-party material, and that publishing edited versions of it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You remain responsible for everything published to your account, including edited videos produced by this service and approved by you.
• You agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any level of views, reach, engagement or follower growth. Instagram controls all distribution. Instagram may change its platform, its APIs or its policies at any time in ways that limit or interrupt the service, and we have no control over that.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any action Instagram takes in relation to your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or violate Instagram's policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
